The Sport Psychology and Physical Activity Research Collaborative (SPPARC) Lab is a research-intensive laboratory at the University of Windsor in Ontario, Canada. We examine psychological factors that influence behaviour, performance, and participation in sport and physical activity. Through theory-driven and applied research, we bridge scientific inquiry with real-world practice.
Our Mission: The SPPARC Lab conducts high-quality, evidence-based research in sport and exercise psychology and translates findings into practical applications that support athletes, teams, and the broader community.
Visions & Values: We are committed to a collaborative research environment that integrates theory and applied practice to advance understanding in sport and physical activity. We value scientific rigor, meaningful knowledge translation, student development, and research that generates real-world impact.
