Through my experiences participating in competitive sports, I developed a strong interest in sport psychology and its influence on both individual athletes and team dynamics. After completing several undergraduate courses in sport psychology, gaining experience in a research placement, and subsequently completing an undergraduate thesis, I became eager to pursue a master’s degree and further develop my research interests within the SPPARC Lab.
